Planning Engineer

Graduate Civil Engineer within age group of 25-35 years, having a minimum of 5 years experience in construction field out of which 2 years in Project Planning & Cost Control of a construction company involved in utilities, roads, bridges, underpasses, high rise buildings and industrial projects. Must be fully aware of planning software like Primavera & MS Project. Should be having knowledge of Costing & Budgeting methodologies for construction projects. Fluent in English, well organized, self motivated, hard working and having good communication and reporting skills. Desired candiate will be responsible for formulating and monitoring of Project programmes i.e Clause 14 / Construction / Periodical 'Look Ahead'. Preparation of Contract clause 14 programme in consultation with Project Manager, construction programmes and periodic short term programmes. Monitoring of site progress against construction / periodic programmes in consultation with Construction Manager / Engineers / Sr Supervisors / Supervisors. Submission of progress reports for the Project Manager's review. Preparation and monitoring of commissioning programmes for all disciplines. Monitoring of Sub- Contractor programmes. Preparation of delay assessment sheets, preparation of entitlement programmes based on issued Delay Notices.
