MEP (Post Contract) Quantity Surveyor

Bachelors in Electrical Engineering with 5-8 years experience in Quantity Surveying. Responsibilities include preparation of Monthly Interim Valuation, Coordinating with Planning Department for progress, Valuation Status Report to management and accounts department to control the project cash flow, Detailed Quantity Takeoff, Preparation of Comparison Sheet / Bid Summary for procurement, Checking, Verifying, Approving the Material Requisition from site and coordinating with procurement department. He will also be responsible for Preparation, Advice and Negotiating on Cost Implication on variations orders / Units rates build-up including time implication for extension of time and extended period Overheads. Knowledge of SMM7, Conditions of Contracts, FIDIC is required.
