¿ Coordinate all design, document control function between Constnictien Management, the Architect! Engineer, the Client and Sub-contractors.
¿ Review all material subrnittals and shop drawiflgs mechanical and electrical (including HVAC).
¿ Review Sub-Contractor¿s staffing level to ensure efficient work progress.
¿ Review and recommend sub contractor¿s progress payment.
¿ Monitor and control sub contractor¿s work progress and performance.
Monitor and quality assurance of work at Site.
¿ Coordination of procurement and submittal of drawing schedule.
¿ Attend constniction progress meetings, review outcome and identify areas of concern.
¿ Ensure work execution in conformance with project drawings, specifications, schedules, quality requirements and safety standards.
¿ B. Sc. in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering (HVAC)
¿ 10/15 yrs experience in the field of MEP with specific application to pr.
¿ Masters / Bachelors Degree in Preferably Electrical Engineering ( Mechanical also considered ) from a reputed university.
¿ Minimum 5 years experience in managing an MEP Department/Division.
¿ Able to budget, forecast and monitor Divisional progress both Project wise and commercially.
¿ Ability to develop and maintain relationships with Clients and Consultants
Candidate Profile

¿ Fluent English Language oral and written.
¿ Computer knowledge MS Word and Excel.
