Knowledge and understanding of contract, drawings and specification. Fully conversant with all aspects of construction, and or maintainance for installing the works. Fully conversant with the programmes,'Targets and PPM Systems' for Production / Installation /maintenance. Effective organisation, deployment and control of the site labour. To ensure that the standards of the installed works is in accordance with the technical and quality specification of the contract and quality of workmanship is maintained during the construction. and or maintenance of the works. Ensure Contract drawings are constantly marked-up to enable timely Issue to the D.O for issuance of the "As Built" Record Drawings. Liasing with descipline engineers on Technical Issues that may/will affect construction, operation, maintenance, safety and progress of works. Inspection of complete and issue Purchase Requisition for material / equipment to fulfill planned target dates. Prepare IR's for material / equipment deliverd to site, for inspection by the Client / Engineer. Prepare complete Tests Sheets, for witness/sign off by the Client / Engineer.
