10 to 12 years in Oil & Gas Industry, with at least 5 years in supervisory position in a Ship Building/Rig Fabrication or Rig Maintenance/Refurbishment company
Excellent communication skills in English a must.
• Responsible for installation, alignment, hook up & testing of all hull mechanical equipment within a jack up drilling rig.
• Supervision and execution of commissioning of all vessel and marine system
• Supervises the activities of contractors performing work and ensures compliance with project quality, safety, and security requirements.
• Plans required work activities to ensure that design drawings, tools, equipment, and materials are available.
• Supervises and inspects all construction activities concerning piping and all other works relevant to the piping activities (pipes installation, test packages, hydro test, etc.)
• Conducts final checking of erection works
• Ensures executions of the work in accordance with drawings and specifications and required quality.
• Coordinates with the Quality Control Department for preparation of the required check list/inspection.
• Computer literate
• Physically fit, Flexible attitude and a good team player
• Good man-management/supervisory skills
• Thorough knowledge in working with blueprints, schematics and sketches.
MIS has a pay structure of Basic Salary Plus Allowance. The Allowance is paid for Housing, Utilities, Commodities& Services and Transportation cost. The allowance amount will vary based on the Basic Salary Rate.
