Review all material and shop drawings submittals including HVAC, Fire Fighting, Plumbing and Drainage.
Review Subcontractor's staffing level and ensure efficient work progress.
Review and recommend Subcontractor's progress payment.
Monitor and control Subcontractor's work progress and performance.
Monitor and Quality assurance work at site.
Attend progress meetings, review outcomes and identify areas of concern.
Ensure work execution in conformance with project drawings, specification, schedule, quality requirements and safety standards.
Experience in the field of Mech./Electrical Installation to projects construction including experience with planning, designing and implementing Mech./electrical works. Knowledge of health and safety.
Candidate should be Mechanical Engineer (HVAC)with 7 to 10 yrs experience in relevant field. With specific application to projects construction including experience with planning, designing and implementation of MEP works.
Knowledge of Health & Safety standards.
Fluent in English (Oral & Written)
Computer Knowledge - MS Office
