Responsibilities involves to Provide nursing care to accident patients. Provide first aid to patients. Keep records of injury. Co-ordinate with safety department and report injuries. Referral to site clinic or hospital in case of emergency. Provide physical and technical care and support for patients. Provide emotional and psychological support and information to patients. Supervise, or carry out, nursing care of patients. Give medication in accordance with sound working knowledge of legislation and pharmacology. Provide first aid, give advice on health matters and maintain sickness and accident records.
Maintain close working relationships at all levels of the business. Promote Group health and safety abilities to staff and customers.
Approved Male Nurse from UAE Healthcare Authority. Approved First Aider.
Diploma in Nursing with relevant experience of 5 to 7 yrs on construction site. Know how with Safety rules and regulations.
Ability to communicate effectively to people at all levels within the construction industry community. Tolerance, patience and tact in dealing with people from a wide range of backgrounds and cultures. Mentally and physically fit.
Knowledge of local statutes and regulations governing drug and alcohol testing and employee safety
