Degree in Quantity Surveying or Electrical / Mechanical Engineering. Should have experience in the preparation of estimates and Bills of Quantities for or Contract Administration of major civil, commercial residential and industrial projects. Knowledge of different methods of measurement and cost analysis is must. Experience in preparing contract valuation of Mechanical & Electrical works. Preparation of extra claim, Time extension experience in techno-commercial documentation is must.
Ability to analyze / justify and obtain extra payment over and above the tender prices is must.
