Allocating work to IT Technicians. Co-ordinating technician movements. Ensuring that all calls logged by the help desk are resolved within the allotted time. Communicating announcements, memo¿s to the business. Projecting a professional image of the IT Department as a first port of contact. Articulate, Good Telephone Manners. Strong client focus and genuine desire to assist. Analytical skills. Should be able to perform Multitasks. Good organization skills, able to resolve issues on own initiative.
