Ensures that guests are greeted and assisted while waiting to be seated and seated in a timely and courteous manner;
- Maintains a cheerful, courteous disposition and a neat, clean and professional image;
- Opens the door for each guest, greets guests upon entering and checks identification in accordance with company standard;
- Escorts guests as soon as possible to appropriate table;
- Presents open menus to guest and offers assistance if necessary;
- Ensures everything was satisfactory and invites guest to return;
- Reviews the cleanliness and organization of the host station;
- Ensures all menus are clean;
- Checks for restocking of necessary supplies
Bachelor's Degree;
- Excellent command of English;
- Excellent interpersonal skills as well as communication skills;
- Previous exposure to Food and Beverages Service;
- Proven track record corroborated by service certificates;
- Excellent references;
- Positive attitude.
