Will be required to closely supervise work of finishing tradesmen (carpenters, masons, tile/marble setters, painters, polishers etc) during execution of high quality construction activities, Dubai.
¿ Monitor site progress and productivity levels.
¿ Allocate personnel to specific locations within the project.
¿ Checking that all relevant drawing and specification are attended to prior to casting of concrete and other trades.
¿ Monitor the progress of Sub-Contractors etc.
¿ Delegate responsibility to General Foreman and other related personnel.
Desired Profile
¿ Diploma in Civil Engineering.
¿ Minimum 7 years experience as a Civil Foreman.
¿ Minimum 4 years experience in U.A.E.
¿ Speak English and Hindi.
¿ Strong character.
