¿ Masters / Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering from a reputed university
¿ Minimum 10 years experience in Jet grouting, Piling, Vibro compaction, Diaphragm wall etc.
¿ Ability to plan, budget and forecast independently and be able to work closely with Clients, Consultants to both acquire and
execute the works on time and to budget.
¿ Lead, train, motivate and retain a team of technical crew.
¿ Self-motivated, proactive, result-oriented, cost conscious with good administrative skills and ability to meet rigid construction
targeted deadlines.
¿ Organize workload and multi-tasks while maintaining focus and tempo on organizational priorities.
¿ Computer literate and must have the desire to work in a fast paced, dynamic, entrepreneurial environment.
