RESPONSABILITATI

To coordinate the technicians¿ daily schedule, as well as handling inbound calls from customers and processing purchase orders as required.
Take inbound calls providing outstanding customer service
Take ownership of customer needs
Identify possible sales opportunities and proactively cross sell
Work effectively in a team environment with minimal supervision
Work in a structured environment to achieve individual targets


CERINTE

You will act as the first point of contact for potential and existing customers enquiring about commercial policies and products, provide quotes for and present different options before escalating to the next level.
