B.Sc. in Quantity Surveying from an accredited University. MRICS or equivalent. Aged 40 plus with a least 15 yrs experience on large-scale Electro-Mechanical contracts with a value in excess of US$ 50 Million, ideally with a minimum of 5 yrs experience in the Middle East (preferably Dubai). Experience with dealing with cost & contractual matters at a site and executive level. Computer literate (MS Office & preferably Primavera P3). Excellent command of spoken & written English. Possess valid UAE driving license.
Availability - Preferably immediate.
