Prepare Services Orders, budgetary estimates for contract works;
Monitor contract costs;
Evaluate contractor performance and periodic reporting.
Participate in administration and control of all outsourced services and manpower related to all maintenance activities
Assist in identifying maintenance works suitable for contracting out and in preparation of detailed technical specifications and scope of work thereof.
Participate in work directions to assigned outsourced manpower in carrying out maintenance works on equipment.
Assisting in implementation of Company's HSE rules & procedures for contractors.
Bachelor Degree in Engineering or relevant field.
Minimum eight (8) years experience in the oil, gas or petrochemical industry, including 4 years in similar position.
Good knowledge in contracts administration and control in an industrial environment preferably in an oil/gas or petrochemical plant.
Ability to speak, write and communicate effectively in English.
Excellent analytical & leadership skills.
Excellent team player.
Proficient in the use of computer - MS Office, Excel, Word, etc.
Knowledge on CMMS - SAP, Maximo.
