Construction HSE (COHSE)

RESPONSABILITATI

To ensure the development of standards for management of Construction Health,
Safety and Environment at site in accordance with Group’s policies;
To ensure site inspection and monitoring and the management of HSE statistics database;
To ensure that all Field activities are performed according to the TCM HSE Policy, the regulations, standards and procedures, promoting all preventive and corrective action as required.
To ensure adequate HSE resources for all Sites, in terms both of number and quality;
To assure the implementation of prevention activities relevant to HSE and ensure the HSE awareness in the management and supervision personnel;
To promote and implement incentive programs in order to improve site HSE standards;
To ensure the correct implementation of site HSE system management in compliance with standard ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001;
To ensure to the Project Managers (in execution and proposal phases) the preparation of project plans and procedures for the area of competence.
