Should have 5 to 10 years experience with reputed Hotel/ Restaurants / Confectioneries. Should be able to prepare all kind of cakes (sponge, shape, cartoon characters, artistic cakes, mousse cakes, Capuccino, Cream Caramel Fruit Cakes, puddings, wedding cakes. etc. Should have good knowledge in art work on the cakes and decoration.
