Prior experience in Development of the Institutional Market and Sales in the construction industry while not imperative, would be an advantage.
Job involves studying the competitive lanscape, developing strategic plans, evaluating and identifying potential business development relationship with partners and clients. Liaise with client & local authorities.
Civil Graduate with a relevant experience of 5 to 10 yrs in Business Development field in Construction industry. To create and update a database of the Site Engineers , Architects , and builders across the city.
