RESPONSABILITATI

Work Experience started the 2015 recruitment session for our client, a well known 5 * Boutique River Cruise. We will organize a Job Fair in Bucharest - January 2015 looking for the best talents willing to develop their international carriers at the highest standards on River Cruise Ship!
The standard boutique river service requires a minimum background, generally 2 previous working experience on the position applied.
** Operation crew (HK, FO and F&B) in the positions as Chef de Rang, Stateroom Steward, Commis de Cuisine, Bar Waiter/Tender, Receptionist, Night Auditor, Concierge has an age range between 20 years and 30 years.
** Senior operation crew (HK, FO and F&B)in the position as Chef de Partie, Sous Chef, Senior Waiter, Senior Stateroom Attendant, has an age range between 24 years and 35 years.
** Head Department (HK, FO and F&B) in the position as Chef Executive, Maitre, Purser, Housekeeper has an age range between 28 years and 40 years.
** First Officer as Hotel Manager has an age range between 30 years and 45 years.
OBS: !! Exceptions of either younger or older than the above ages might be chosen once the person brings more value and personality!!

Please find bellow the education or experience per positions:
** Operation crew (HK, FO and F&B) catering school or courses where the basic standards are educated. Five star Hospitality experience without any graduation might be an option.
** Senior operation crew (HK, FO and F&B) supplementary experiences in five star Hospitality Operation and references
** Head Department (HK, FO and F&B) Hotel Management school, Culinary school plus supplementary experiences in five star Hospitality Operation and references
** First Office must have at least the above mentioned background plus experience on the position with references from five star Hospitality Operation
OBS: !! Exception are those that have the born leadership skills and personality with style and etiquette!!

BENEFICII OFERITE

GALLEY:

- Utility salary 950 Euro;
- Junior chef salary 1200 Euro;
- Chef de partie / Pastry Chef salary 1500 / 1600 Euro;
- Sous chef salary 1750 Euro;
- Executive chef salary 2300 Euro.

RESTAURANT:

- Bar Waiter salary 1200 Euro
- Restaurant Waiter salary 1200 Euro
- Barkeeper salary 1400 Euro
- Senior Waiter salary 1500 Euro

HOUSEKEEPING:

- Cabin Steward / Laundry salary 1050 Euro
- Senior Cabin Steward salary 1200 Euro
- Chief Housekeeper salary 1400 Euro

The above amounts are NET salaries, each employee will sign a Swiss contract getting all the benefits in terms of pension and medical insurance.

FREE Acoommodation and Food provided on the ship.

Other bonuses:
* The Employee is entitled to a daily allowance of net EUR 20 on the days that the employee is in direct contact with guests
* Additionally the Front Desk Team (Receptionist, Night Receptionist, Purser and Concierge) receives a commission for the sold optional tours as follows
* For the months the employee is in direct guest contact the employee is entitled to net EUR 100 as a commission for the sold optional tours on board
