Responsibilities
Management and monitoring of projects for further development of hardware and system technology
Interdisciplinary cooperation in development projects with engineering, purchasing, and production technology Schicht-/Prozessentwicklung
Professional management of development projects with full budget, cost and schedule responsibility
Initiation, monitoring and evaluation of experiments to develop the technologies and drainage system of constructive suggestions for improvement
Initiation and management of validation projects for new developments, alongside its own coating centers and OEM customers
We expect
Basic technical training as an engineer / in (FH / HS), mechanical engineering or physics
Proven experience in project management and project leadership experience in a production environment is desirable
Vacuum skills desirable, but not condition
Good oral and written English skills
Resilient personality with analytic approach, high communication skills and assertiveness
