Planning and coordinating the production procedures in industrial plant: Directs production departments;
Introducing efficient production line methods;
Initiating and directing procedures to increase company output;
Maintaining work flow by monitoring steps of the process;
Maintaining quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards;
Ensuring operation of equipment by calling for repairs; evaluating new equipment and techniques;
Providing manufacturing information by compiling, initiating, sorting, and analyzing production performance records and data; answering questions and responding to requests;
Creating and revising systems and procedures by analyzing operating practices, record-keeping systems, forms of control, and budgetary and personnel requirements; implementing change;
Maintaining safe and clean work environment by educating and directing personnel on the use of all control points, equipment, and resources; maintaining compliance with established policies and procedures;
Maintaining working relationship with the union by following the terms of the collective bargaining agreement.
Academic background in textile / garments is a must;
Experience in a similar position is a must;
Understanding the production process;
Advanced knowledge of English – written and verbal;
Applying health and safety practices;
Excellent communication skills;
Managing stressful situations and projects;
Good team member, problem solving oriented.
