- Assist guests with recommendations and selection to ensure a memorable experience in the restaurant
- Greet and guide customers to their tables
- Present menu and provide detailed information when asked
- Prepare tables by setting up linens, silverware and glasses
- Offer menu recommendations upon request
- Up-sell additional products when appropriate
- Take accurate food and drinks orders, using a POS ordering software,order slips or by memorization
- Experience in a similar role in a lounge/bar/restaurant with a reputation for excellent service
- Good knowledge and strong foundation in specifics related to food & beverage
- Competence to communicate with guests and be able to showcase the product & services
- Credibility to manage the guest jourdeny and build raving fans
- Amiable personality, positive attitude and poise
- Very good level of English
