- You will be a motivator and driver of people, maintain a competitive position in your market and develop great relationships with the Key Accounts;
- You will define the sales & marketing strategy with a long term view on developing business and yielding rate;

- He/She will be responsible for establishing and directing the marketing and sales activities of hotel including advertising and public relations;
- implementing and monitoring action plans to ensure the objectives are achieved, analyzing current markets and trends, and efficiently managing a team of sales professionals;
- identify sales opportunities;
- plan sales strategy, tactics and activities to achieve hotel Sales targets;
- monitor teams performance;
- negotiate major deals and support team negotiations.
- experience in a management position for 3 to 5 years

- strong team management skills;
- fluent English, knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
