Job Responsibilities
•Experience in overhauling Hydraulic pumps and motors
•Inspects, diagnoses, troubleshoots, adjusts, tunes, repairs, removes and replaces components, and provides expert guidance to other mechanics and servicemen.
•Removes, repairs, replaces and overhauls driveline components, i.e. clutches, transmissions, torque converters, differentials, power dividers, transfer cases, hubs, spindles, etc. Troubleshoots and diagnoses equipment and then repairs ignition, fuel, pneumatic, hydraulic, and mechanical systems.
•Performs mechanical, electrical, and fluid repairs which may require use of specialized equipment including test gages, computer links, scan tools, power tools, pyrometers, digital voltmeters, scopes, and etc.
•Ensures quality product is produced within time consistent with industry standard, may be asked to assist lesser qualified mechanics in providing master mechanic knowledge of difficult maintenance problems.
INSITU ASST. MANAGER
Age 30 to 35 years old
Must have a minimum of 5 years experience in a Shipping Industry on a Managerial level
Can communicate English both oral and written
Experience in workshop work as lathe machine, milling machine and grinding.
Be able to come up with new ideas and compromising skills.
Must have good MS Office skills
Be able to inspect In situ machining job and give a cost estimate.
Preferably with In situ machining experience.
HYDRAULIC MECHANIC
Age 25 to 35 years old
With a minimum of 5 years experience in a Shipping Industry
At least High School Graduate
Can communicate in English both oral and written
Has initiative in the tasks assigned to him
Has the ability to translate written guidance into workable troubleshooting and repair procedures aimed to returning vessels to service in minimum time
Use sound judgment in ordering parts and ensuring quality maintenance is performed at all times
The salalry will be negociated after the interview.
