The candidate should be aware and follow the Company’s Quality, Health, Safety and Environment System, procedures and Work Instructions which are relevant to his activities.
The Electrician will be reading circuit diagrams & make sketches of electrical systems as required.
He will do trouble shooting and repair work of electrical control system, panels, switch boards on shore, offshore, locally and overseas.
Perform installation, maintenance, repair and replacement of Marine/industrial electrical (AC/DC) and electronic systems on shore, offshore.
He will be using electrical instruments/test equipments related to his work.
He is responsible to generate & complete company required paperwork related to his assigned job.
He is responsible for all tools & equipments assigned to him.
Perform all other tasks that may be assigned by the Supervisor, Sr. Supervisor & Manager of the department
Having good academic education & technical qualifications within required field. Strong working knowledge of major brand marine electrical and electronic systems; installation, maintenance, repair, replacement. Should be able to speak and write English. Should be able to read drawings & make sketches of electrical control system. Having 3 yrs. experience of working in the same field. Should be able to do trouble shooting & repair work in electrical system. Preferably with basic Computer knowledge & Marine experience.
The salary will be negotiated after the interview.
