Our client is looking for an Estimation/ Tendering, Design and Engineering Project Manager.
His responsibilities:
· Study the customer requirements, specifications, documents, drawings etc.
· Prepare technical proposal comprising of material list, drawings, deviation list, compliance statement, documentation etc.
· Prepare estimations based on excel estimation tools
· Assist sales in the negotiation/ clarification process with the customer
· Take over Project from sales with contract review at order receipt
· Post order -submission of engineering documents to the customer
· Discuss and elicit approval from the consultant / customer for the submitted documents
· Raise purchase requisitions
· Assist/ participate in the supplier finalization and negotiation process
· Issue Work order to production in a timely manner
· Close NCAR s raised by the principals / production pertaining to areas of work
· Notify customer for FAT
· Handle change management
· Participate in the FAT process to ensure customer acceptance
· Ensure customer Invoice / delivery
· Assist sales / management in the revenue collection process
· Keep the management informed about progress and early warning on anticipated/ occurring problems
· Update / maintain all documentation-external and internal
· Follow company rules , schedules , guidelines
· Perform / assist in quality audits.
- Diploma or Graduate Electrical Engineer with sound application engineering and design knowledge in Low Voltage Systems
- At least 3-7 years experience in estimations, tendering, design and engineering & Order Handling of Low Voltage Switchgear Systems up to 4,000A.
