1. Forecasts and puts in place the technical and human resources to produce at the lower cost in the delays, quantity and quality fixed by the Production Manager.
2. Establishes the annual budget for the plant linked with the production program fixed by the Production Manager and obtains its approval.
3. Controls the production costs, the ratios and takes the correctives actions.
4. Ensures the organisation of the production by analyses, controls, tests to make sure that the products respects the specifications agreed on with the clients.
5. In accordance with the Production Manager, takes the needed measures to prevent any kind of problems.
6. Ensures and improves the management and the organisation of the work in the plant.
1. Technical educational background (Chemical, Metallurgical or Mechanical background).
2. Minimum 5 years experience within the heavy industry production environment.
3. Minimum 2 years experience in a management position.
4. Very good English laguage knowledge.
5. Leadership skills; result orientation; analytical skills; team spirit; adaptability.
