Customer Service Manager plays a key role in maintaining a strong operational partnership with Edy Group’s clients, being their main contact and coordinating the operational team’s activities for delivering excellent services.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
-Coordinate the process of improvement and maintenance of the operational partenership with the client [regular meetings,direct orientation towards the client];
-Direct coordination and supervision of the operational team (Dispatchers) according to the clients’ necessities and with the purpose of offering optimal solutions and personalized services;
-Responsible for the business unit’s turnover, revenue and budget;
-Ensure regular analysis and reporting regarding revenue per Business Unit, fill rate, client’s share, fleet eficiency, fuel filling etc.
KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE
-University degree in business and Transport related area [Economics,Transport,Logistic];
-Relevant experience in Transport/Logistics and Customer Relationship roles;
-+2 years experience in a team coordination role;
-English – advanced level; other foreign languages are an advantage;
-PC literate [Microsoft Office].

-Leadership and good tem coordinator[task and motivation];
-Strong planning & organizing skills.
