Expert Test Engineer

RESPONSABILITATI

The purpose of the job is to assure that products are according customer specification and all the tests required by specification are followed and are done with omolagated and recommended equipments.

Responsibilities:
 develop test procedures based upon the instructions of the product engineering team;
 setup tests to achieve test objectives. This may include ordering hardware/sofware and/or requesting adjustment of test equipment;
 monitoring of test progress, reporting unusual conditions to technology team members and responding to events;
 maintain test equipment including calibration of gages, replacement of consumable components, configuration of databases and preventive maintenance per supplier schedules;
 training new technicians and providing guidance to experienced technicians on experimental objectives and procedures;
 query data and publish reports showing test performance;
 meeting all EHS requirements including safe operation at high temperatures, adherence to electrical safety guidelines and conformance to environmental regulations;
 research, evaluate, validate and help to implement improvements to the current test practices of the pre-analytical through post- analytical phases of testing;
 conduct testing on samples of new products developed
