Project Manager with experience from the wind power industry
Key responsibilities:
• Set the direction of the project in accordance with project scope and the agreement with each team member
• Leads and develop the project/team based on input from parties involved and the Line Management
Interactions & responsibilities:
• Secure that the project follows the direction as agreed upon with the parties involved
• Coordinate and facilitate the team to perform the tasks
• Follow up on progress on overall deliverables from team members
• Integrate new team members into the project
• Prototype testing in the field and validation of technical solutions
• Contact to external service providers/contractors
• Ensure that the project is being executed according to company procedures and guidelines
Deliverables:
• Timely delivery of project according to budget and quality
• Progress reporting and communication to relevant parties involved
Competences:
• Masters or Bachelors Degree in Engineering or equivalent working experience
• 5+ years of proven experience in project management of complex and cross-functional international projects within the wind power industry
• Mastering the disciplines of project management of cross-organisational and cross-disciplinary development projects especially focusing on overview, planning, reporting, ownership delegation, networking and communication
• Leadership and management skills as well as good interpersonal and communication skills
• A structured, analytical and result-oriented way of working
• Innovation and technical understanding of specific areas are needed at a generic level
• Personal skills include but not limited to; honesty, open-mindedness, cooperative skills and a straight forward attitude
• Fluent in English – verbally and written
