Create and develop concepts for new products;
Develop product 3D models and 2D drawings;
Iterate and improve design using tests performed on prototypes and products;
Propose solutions for problems found during testing;
Understand and elaborate client requests;
Work together with the Project Team, ensuring the concept meets all QCD requirements;
Integrate injection molding constraints into product design;
Analyze the construction of tools together with the toolmaker;
Estimate and optimize product and tooling cost;
Work together with the Project Team to define and respect the project time schedule.
Graduate of Technical University (mechanical or electrical);
Experience in working with 3D CAD software (CATIA skills is an advantage);
Good mechanical and electrical knowledge;
Experience in plastic processing is an advantage;
Self-motivated, detail oriented and well organized;
Advanced English skills;
Able to work independently and efficiently;
Innovative approach;
Willing to travel (maximum 25% of the time).
