Participating in the continuous process of developing training methods and programs;
Assuring the implementation of the training program as scheduled;
Evaluating the competences gained and developed by the trainees, during and at the end of the program implementation;
Coordinating the maintenance and repairs activities;
Assuring the proper functioning of the production equipment. Identifying the malfunctions if they appear, establishing the causes, supervising the repairs done by the subordinated personnel or other specialized departments;
Organizing the self-control activity. Analyzing the quality defects and elaborating the specific measures of quality assurance. Collaborating with other departments in order to take the best decisions regarding the quality standards;
Assuring and optimizing the mobilization of personnel, equipment, materials;
Participating in the cost, budget and consumption control;
Participating in planning the costs and checking their level and also the internal expenses’ level;
Elaborating, together with the direct supervisor, the necessary measures in case of budget overflow;
Participating in the work security and health assurance and also in the environment protection assurance;
Supervising the learning and application of the work security and health standards, the environment protection standards by the subordinated personnel.
Technical and pedagogical studies;
Previous experience in theoretical and practical activities aimed to develop professional competences;
Previous experience in coordinating trainees/workers in area of interest considering the STC activity;
Previous experience in elaborating and organizing training programs; evaluation of competences and of training programs;
Very good knowledge of German;
Good knowledge of English;
Proved knowledge of work protection and safety.
