The job: Hotel Photographer
Where: Island of Rhodes, Greece
When: 15th of April - 15th of October 2010
Who: Female or Male, 22 - 38 years old

Job Description:
Taking photographs of hotel guests at dinner time, mostly in front of the Restaurant.
Selling the photographs next day in the morning.
The photographs are displayed on a board in front of the Restaurant.
Working hours:
Effective hours: 7-10:30 a.m. and from 6:30 - 9:30 p.m.
Extra time will be spend for preparation and transportation to work. Every day you will work in a different hotel and each hotel is located at a different distance from the office.
Days off: 2 per month.
Accommodation:
One room studios for 2 persons with bathroom, kitchen, TV and AC.
We provide washing machine, iron and ironing board for the team.
The rent is paid by the employee. Prices may vary from 150 euro 200 euro / person.
We will find the house for you. All photographers will live in the same building, in different studios.

Salary + Commission + Bonus
Salary - Fix amount of 600euro/ month
Commission - From 5 to 20% commission according to your daily sales
Bonus - Extra amounts earned by reaching targets
50 euro/week Best Photographer
Weekly Bonus (only for May)
1000 euro Extra Bonus for OUTSTANDING Results
Monthly Bonus (for all the other months)
500 euro Bonus for Respectable Results
Monthly Bonus (for all the other months)
Real life example:
Last year one of our less productive photographer earned 1200 euro/ month but our productive one earned over 3300 euro/ month. The difference was made by motivation.
