RESPONSABILITATI

Transactions:
1. Ensure that debts payable are paid in a timely manner,
2. Ensure that all reasonable discounts are taken on accounts payable,
3. Ensure that accounts receivables are collected promptly,
4. Visits and negotiation with partners are timely manner,
5. Maintain good relations with partners,
6. Ensure that required debt payments are made on a timely basis
7. Maintain the reports
8. Maintain an orderly accounting filing system
9. Maintain a system of controls,
10. Forecast for sales weekly, monthly and plan for year,
11. Ensure that sufficient funds for marketing activities
12. Advise management on problem
13. Oversee the extension of credit limits to customers
Reporting
1. Issue timely and complete reports
2. Prepare the corporate quarterly and annual report
3. Prepare the quarterly and annual budget and forecasts
4. Provide propose pricing decisions, and contract negotiations
Risk Management
1. Understand and mitigate key elements of the company's risk profile
2. Monitor all open legal issues involving the company, and legal issues affecting the industry
3. Construct and monitor reliable control systems
4. Maintain appropriate insurance coverage
5. Ensure that the company complies with all legal and regulatory requirements
6. Ensure that record keeping meets the requirements of auditors and government agencies
7. Report risk issues to the audit committee of the board of directors
8. Maintain relations with external auditors and investigate their findings and recommendations
Compliance
1. Prepare and provide information to external auditors for the annual audit
2. Monitor debt levels and compliance with debt covenants
3. Comply with local, state, reporting requirements and tax filings.
4. Maintain appropriate insurance coverage

The Sales Manager in Lubes Industry position for Serbia, Croatia, Bosnia, Montenegro, Macedonia countries. Sales operations of the company, to include negotiation, sales, research of the market, marketing activities, maintenance of an adequate system of sales records.
He is responsible for corporate sales and marketing politics of the company's in daily activities.
Desired Qualifications: The Sales Manager candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in management or business administration, or equivalent business experience and 5+ years of progressively responsible experience for a major company or division of a large corporation.
The Sales Manager position is for the sales and marketing operations of the company, to include the periodic sales reports, maintenance of an adequate system of management, and a comprehensive set of controls and budgets designed to mitigate risk, enhance the accuracy of the company's reported financial results.
