RESPONSABILITATI

Key accountabilities:
- Training needs analysis (TNA), the analysis of the current competencies status and performance level for allocated groups;
- Contributes to the design and implementation of new training methods, tools and programs;
- Designs and updates training materials for internal developed training events;
- Delivers training & learning events to allocated groups (classroom training, on the job training and coaching, e-learning etc.);
- Prepares training reports (mainly feedback and recommendations) after each training action for Sales Management and Human Resources department;
- Is responsible for maintaining the expenses within the approved budget


CERINTE

Job specifications:
- University Degree
- 1 year experience in Training & Development
- preferable previous experience in Sales
- Good skills & knowledge of English, Training, Coaching, Sales, FMCG domain is a plus
