- Ensures an optimal functionality of the Research & Development department in Craiova;
- Manages various administrative tasks (e.g. work records, offers, budget preparation), creates various business and process documents (for quality, finance, purchasing), specific reports, etc;
- Operates all accounting registrations;
- Handles business correspondence, manages arrangements for meetings, business travels and events;
- Sets up and tracks the orders for office materials, work equipment, software.
- Relevant work experience in office organization for an international company;
- Basic knowledge of accounting;
- Very good English and/or German skills;
- Excellent PC proficiency, especially MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Internet Explorer;
- Team orientation, positive attitude, strong communication and interpersonal skills;
- Time management, planning and organizing skills.
