To develop a relationship with the customer and work proactively to provide a quality product. To react in a timely fashion to customer’s concerns and to act as a contact for the employer.
Requirements
* Understand the customer’s expectations and monitor Employer's ability to meet them.
* Analyse and propose solutions to issues that arise at the customer.
* Understand the customer’s standards and how they affect the internal quality standards that the processes must meet.
* Monitor quality performance.
* Monitor this performance and implement the action plans that aim to improve it.
* Provide fast feedback to the production site on all customer issues.
* Provide daily reporting on the quality and stock situation at the customer site.
* Liaise with the relevant process engineer/quality Engineer in Employer and relevant production personnel to ensure quality delivery to customer.
* Liaise with service departments e.g. Logistic, PE, Project teams for the benefit of the customer.
* Participate in the introduction of new tooling and support the production site in monitoring trial products at the customer site.
* Carry out diagnosis/review/rework of the defective products at the customer.
* Communicate to the customer i.e. interface between the customer and Employer.
