To develop a relationship with the customer and work proactively to provide a quality product. To react in a timely fashion to customer’s concerns and to act as a contact for the employer.
Understand the customer’s expectations and monitor Employer's ability to meet them.
Analyse and propose solutions to issues that arise at the customer.
Understand the customer’s standards and how they affect the internal quality standards that the processes must meet.
Monitor quality performance.
Monitor this performance and implement the action plans that aim to improve it.
Provide fast feedback to the production site on all customer issues.
Provide daily reporting on the quality and stock situation at the customer site.
Liaise with the relevant process engineer/quality Engineer in Employer and relevant production personnel to ensure quality delivery to customer.
Liaise with service departments e.g. Logistic, PE, Project teams for the benefit of the customer.
Participate in the introduction of new tooling and support the production site in monitoring trial products at the customer site.
Carry out diagnosis/review/rework of the defective products at the customer.
Communicate to the customer i.e. interface between the customer and Employer.
