Planning, developing, implementing and evaluating notification and communication strategies in order to provide understanding and a favourable image about the company as well as the products and services offered, with the purpose of managing and expanding the client portfolio.
Establishing and maintaining the relationship with clients in order to ensure the optimum transfer of information, by putting into practice the knowledge as well as the communication and negotiation skills.
Promoting the company’s image, company’s values as well as the organizational culture, studying the local market for the automotive industry nationwide in order to expand the company’s client portfolio.
Gathering and transmitting information, in a clear, precise and documented manner, following the partaking in specialized discussions as well as based on the information provided by various supporting departments within the company;.
Reporting to management the results of the meetings in order to analyse business opportunities, working method, status of on-going contracts/ orders, clients needs and requirements as well as eventual problems which may occure;
Meeting the objectives and implementing policies and strategies at a company and/or group level;
Securing that neither the job holder nor other employees will be endangered and his working environment meets tidiness and cleanliness requirements.
previous experience on a similar position at least 5 years;
knowledge and understanding of the automotive business;
fluent in English and French, written and spoken;
excellent team working ability and problem solving.
