A new position has been created for the Safety Specialist Cummins Within Romania. In this challenging role you Will Be Developing specific site responsible for safety policies, procedures and Programs in alignment with corporate and Power Generation Business Unit Programs. You will report directly to the HSE Leader in Craiova.
Responsibilities
• Develop and implementation become cried for Health & Safety Training
• Identify and Develop Control Which there crying for Hazards at the Site
• Interact with Regulatory Agencies as required to maintain compliance with all applicable standards
• Recordkeeping
• Support corporate initiatives and interface with Corporate Entities on Health and Safety matters
• Interface with Corporate Legal, Safety, Medical, Disability, Work Comp, Risk Management & Security Groups
• Oversee site worker's injury case management and restricted duty program, interface with health care providers
• Develop and communicate emergency preparedness website complained
• Develop and communicate emergency response and contingency activities
• Provide leadership for the site Emergency Response Team
• Develop and implement continuous improvement complained
• Site Support H & S committees and Deliver H & S training
• Ensure cost-effective management of budgets, Contracts & Projects
• Establish Processes to determine program effectiveness audits
• Provide time analysis, database maintenance, and Other Metrics for the Health & Safety Site
REQUIRED Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in or related safety management / engineering field
Certified Safety Inspector
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
• Fluency in Romanian and English
• Experience in a similar role
• Good understanding of Manufacturing Processes
• Good Communication Skills
• Strong PC skills and Database
