HUMAN RESOURCES Manager - Plant:

The HR Manager will install, develop and maintain a harmonized, efficient, adequate, open and structured Plant human resources management in order to accomplish the company’s and BU’s business plans in accordance with the company's human resources policies and processes. This position will participate as a member of the local management team in creating an organization culture and structure that delivers business excellence, in optimizing the use of Human Capital. In the business and in recruiting, developing, rewarding and retaining talent in the business. This position will act as a recognized business partner to the local management.

Main responsibilities:
- manage locally a strategic workforce planning in order to achieve a justified and effective organizational structure for all relevant BU’s at location. This includes succession planning, talent management, employee selection and the according communication.
- set up, implement and maintain HR processes within the location, more specifically around compensation, career development, training, performance management, engagement and other key areas
- develop and execute the HR operational plan on annual basis, linked to the BU business plans and to the HR business plans.
- develop and maintain working relationships within the linked BU HR managers of ROE, BOE and GOSC as well as the HR SSC or back office, in order to meet the BU requirements
- advise BU management and local management on creating action plans in order to improve overall employee engagement through the BU
- set up and implement a strategic recruitment process and plan, involving all local players


CERINTE

The ideal candidate will meet the following min. requirements:

- 3 or 4 years experience in a general HR function is expected
- Good working knowledge on Romanian labor law and industrial relations practices.
- Good knowledge of English
- Strongly developed customer-service orientation.
- Effective user of IT tools in people management within an international business.
- Mature, pioneering, independent-minded.
- Proven execution and implementing capacities
