Cummins Romania is looking for a Manufacturing Tooling Engineer to join our Manufacturing Engineering department. In this role you will be responsible for designing off-standardized working devices and preparing technical documentation, tracking implementation and validation.
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Communicating to Manufacturing Engineer the completion of documentation
• Archiving the technical documentation and making proposals for new devices
• Participating in the workstation ergonomics, obtaining quotes and the execution of investment plan
• Pursuing the realization of weekly manufacturing programs
• Participating in audits and monitoring the action plans
• Participating in investment analysis
• Participating in meeting and analysis
• Participating in the budget execution for short and long terms investments
• Reporting directly any arising problem in the manufacturing process to his Hiring Manager
• Participating in creating punctual investments which are not mentioned in the investment plan
• Participating in the flexibility program
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor degree in technical studies
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
• Experience in a similar position is a plus, but not necessary
• Experience in software design (AutoCAD, ProEnginner) is an advantage
• Fluency in English
• PC operation skills
• Communicative, creative and open to change, attention to details
