Join Cummins as a Manufacturing Engineer in Romania. In this role you Will Be responsible for the day to day support of the manufacturing process. Year multitasking skills is essential, along with the necessity to prioritise work accurately, and manage budgets.
You Will Be Expected to provide leadership and co-ordination of cross-functional team activities to the minimum of Process Problems and implement improvements.

Responsibilities

• Creating work instructions with regards to the production flow
• Responsibility for Any workstation ergonomics and lay-out changes
• Rising to the specific area for internal orders
• making studies to implementation and capacity solutions to Any increase or decrease of volumes
• The training of production personnel with regards to Manufacturing Processes Or Any changes of the Manufacturing Processes.
• participated in the implementation of technical changes in the manufacturing process
• Implementation of the solutions to improve manufacturing process
• Participating in the fault analysis, the investment plan, obtaining the Quotations and the investment plan
• Responsibility for compliance with the Manufacturing Processes (instructions, Flow, etc. ..) in the production process.
• Creating weekly Manufacturing Programs
