LOGISTICS MANAGER - Craiova
- manage Customer Relations and Logistics department effectively.
- taking customer orders
- organizing contracts
- act with production departments to deliver the products to customers effectively
- making import & export logistics effectively.
- making order and sales forecasts with sales group.
- taking customers feed backs, complaints forwarding them to units and follow-up for solution.
- controlling the procedures for this job.
- organizing the information flow within the company's departments and as well as with freight agents, transporters, customers, suppliers etc
- following the stocks and warn the sales group for risks.
- following and reporting the import/export costs, and domestic distribution costs
- organizing the Inward Processing
- Refollow-up the customer/supplier faults and manage it with sales group canals.
- sharing the suitability about the domestic regulations with control team.cord for customer
- work closely with control department to ensure work flows are in line with the company and control dept guidelines
- good knowledge about local distribution-, import legislation, custom rules, export trade, and sea/land transportation.
- degree in Business Administration or Engineering departments.
- full fluency in English.
- proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Power Point and Outlook
Specialised Knowledge and/or Qualifications
- knows cost accounting and be analytic.
