- Min. 3 years software development experience
- Advanced J2EE knowledge
- Good Web technologies development knowledge
- Other IT technologies skills / professional IT certification - major plus
- Good team-player, very ambitious and hard-working
- English- good
- Implementation experience for at least one major ERP would be a great advantage
