RESPONSABILITATI

- Understand the current technical landscape and existing infrastructure;
- Support of MS SQL based applications;
- Investigate, respond to and resolve support requests;
- Execute the installation and configuration of desktops;
- Troubleshoot telecom and system problems


CERINTE

Technical requirements:

Mandatory:
- Front-line Help desk experience
- Windows server 2003/2008 support, administration and AD experience
- Network Knowledge – TCP/IP, Routers, Switches
Preferred:
- Web forms / Web scripting
- Microsoft SQL DB maintenance
- VoIP experience
Nice to have:
- Telephony Experience/Knowledge
- Avaya Experience/Knowledge
- Windows based desktop computer support (HW/OS)
