-Generic processes of Unix Operating system
-Generic processes of Microsoft Operating System
-System messages (Error, alert) and subsequent execution of specific action and troubleshooting.
-Database Oracle
-SAP R3 (HP UX environment)
-Printer
-FTP flow
-Backup
Fulfill infrastructure Request (UNIX-Windows environment):
-Create and modify printer
-Create and modify FTP flow
-Schedule backups.
-Basis Oracle database operations
-Basis SAP R3 ¿ HP UX operations
Certified proficiency in English language
-Availability to night and rotating shift
-Propensity to work in multi language team
-Propensity to problem solving.
-Ability to fast learning about new software products and procedures.
-Profieciency in Italian language will be a plus
-Indispensable: Unix OS HP UX (further Sun Solaris knowledge makes strong preferences in recruiting)
