• Coordination of job applications- review and evaluation of submitted application documents
• Telephonic and written support of the applicants – leading interviews
• Buildup and expansion of personnel structure, in the field of industry / technology
• Independent organization and execution of recruiting employees
• Establishment of personnel development concepts and instruments (talent management, specialist career, senior management development etc.)
• Active support of the personnel recruitment by creation, organization and implementation of workshops
• Independent conception and realization of national / international personnel development instruments
• Independent development, coordination and attendance of trainings and further education programs
• Intensive cooperation / consultancy of the special fields in the creation and implementation of personnel development concepts
• Active attendance of processes of change (amongst others company values, leadership concept)
• Customer specific recruitment and personnel selection
• Take-over of projects and special tasks with overall personnel issues
• Leadership personality with a high quality and service claim
• Coordination, conduct and support of the employees working with the customers
• Prepare contracts and all necessary documents for employment and records them in REVISAL
• Prepares and maintains personnel files
• Prepares various administrative documents for staff.
• German and Romanian language skills
• English language skills are an advantage
• Completed University Education (business studies, psychology, educational science or similar) with focal point human resources
• Experience in the personnel development
• Practical experience as trainer favorably
• Experience in the use of personnel development instruments and measures on all enterprise levels, ideally in the international field
• Independent and aim-oriented functioning as well as conceptual skills
• Strong communication skills
