-Independent organization and execution of recruiting employees
-Establishment of personnel development concepts and instruments (talent management, specialist career, senior management development etc.)
-Active support of the personnel recruitment by creation, organization and implementation of workshops
-Independent conception and realization of national / international personnel development instruments
-Independent development, coordination and attendance of trainings and further education programs
-Intensive cooperation / consultancy of the special fields in the creation and implementation of personnel development concepts
-Active attendance of processes of change (amongst others company values, leadership concept)
-Customer specific recruitment and personnel selection
-Take-over of projects and special tasks with overall personnel issues
-Leadership personality with a high quality and service claim
-Coordination, conduct and support of the employees working with the customers
-Completed University Education (business studies, psychology, educational science or similar) with focal point human resources
-Experience in the personnel development
-Practical experience as trainer favorably
-Experience in the use of personnel development instruments and measures on all enterprise levels, ideally in the international field
-Independent and aim-oriented functioning as well as conceptual skills
-Strong communication skills
-German, English and Romanian language skills
