Advise and support management team in team growth planning

University degree in related area
At least 5 years experience in Human Resources area and at least one year of experience in human resources management
Experience in working with more than 500 employees;
Excellent communication skills
Strong knowledge's of the employment/work related legislation;
Good organisation skills, time management and attention to detail
Open minded with strong analytical skills
Goal oriented
Fluency in English
